With a huge range of 100% Aussie grown and produced fruit and vegetables plus an extensive range of daily essentials delivered to your doorstep.

By accessing the Website, signing up or registering to become a customer of Farm Fresh Grocer or ordering products you ("You" or "Customer") agree with the Farm Fresh Grocer Australia Pty Ltd ACN 162 553 791 ("Us" or "We") terms and conditions.

To become a "Customer" you must

  • Complete online registration form
  • Complete the customer registration process with our door to door sales representatives, or
  • Contact our customer service centre on 1800 GO FRESH

 

To be an eligible customer and obtain an account you must

  • Be 18yrs or over, or
  • Be a corporation or other entity or organisation which can form legally binding contracts under applicable law, and incorporated in Australia, and
  • Provide a delivery address that is located in our delivery area. You will be advised if your address does not form a part of our delivery area via your on line registration. If this does occur a member of our team will contact you to determine if and when a delivery will be made available to your address.
  • Be a resident of Australia
  • Comply with all terms and conditions as set out on registration form

 

Once you have become a customer and have created your account you will be issued with a username and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of this information.

You may not have more than one active account. Accounts are not transferrable. Amendments to your account and account details can be made through our Website or by contacting 1800 GO FRESH.

We may refuse to open an account or provide you with our products or services, at anytime at our own discretion. We also have the right to terminate your account if there are reasonable grounds for us to believe that the information you have provided us is untrue, misleading or incomplete, or if we feel that your account is not being used for its proper purpose. You will be advised if this is the case.

You must contact us immediately on 1800 GO FRESH (Monday – Friday 9am-6pm) if you believe that there has been unauthorised use of your account.

Any time you place an order of our products through the Website or telephone you agree to purchase that particular product/s for the price notified at the time that order is processed. Please note product prices may vary from time to time due to market and seasonal influences.You will be charged for the total price listed at the time your order is processed.

Products purchased from us are only to be obtained for personal consumption and are not for resale or other commercial purposes.

We reserve the right to accept or reject an order if the product is not available or if there is an error in the price or product description posted on our Website. If this is to occur, we will endeavour to notify you of that rejection at the time you place the order or within a reasonable time after you have submitted the order.

Deliveries will only be made as advised on our Website on the set days and times for each delivery area. We will endeavour to deliver all orders between 12pm – 9pm on the requested delivery day that you select or at a time slot that you have selected. Our expected time of delivery will be within 7 days.

All orders will be accepted up until 12pm on the day prior to your delivery day. You also have within this given time to change any regular or reoccurring order. No changes or cancellations will be accepted after this time.

Please note that if you have selected to order any products on a reoccuring basis (meaning you choose to receive these products every week or fortnightly), these items will remain as part of your order until such time that you change your order online or by calling our office. 

We may cancel any part of your order without any liability to you for that cancellation if the requested product/s are no longer available, or an error in product price or description has been posted on the Website. If this does occur we will endeavour to provide you with notification as soon as possible and you will not be charged for this item.

You will receive your first delivery of products in a free Farm Fresh Grocer cooler bag. After this time you are requested to leave your empty cooler bag at your front door the night before your set delivery date for our staff to collect and restock for your next order. If you forget to leave your cooler bag outside we will deliver your next order in an additional cooler bag, however you will be charged a fee of $5.60 for each additional cooler bag.

You have the opportunity to select your delivery window at the time of confirming your order online. Delivery fees may vary according to your selected delivery window and your total purchase amount. The delivery fee is clearly noted on the delivery window table.

Specifically in fruit and vegetable mixed boxes we aim to offer you a variety of Australian seasonal fruit and/or vegetables. However due to seasonal and external factors, we may, from time to time include a variety of non Australian fruit and vegetables.

Risk and title/ownership of the products is passed on to you at the time of your delivery to your delivery address. Upon receiving your delivery you will be responsible for the products and their freshness. It is your responsibility to ensure that you store all products correctly to prevent any loss or damage to products, particularly perishable products.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product/s which has been delivered to you, you must call the customer service centre on 1800 GO FRESH within 24hrs of delivery (between contact times Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm). A staff representative will take steps to verify your claim in relation to the claim of the product. If we agree, at our discretion, that the product was not satisfactory then we will either arrange for a full refund of that product amount or arrange for a new order of that product be delivered to you within 24hrs of finalisation. If you are not satisfied with the product, the product and any unused portion therefore, must be returned in full.

The price of each product is shown on the product list on the Website at the time you place your order. Prices may vary between different locations. Prices may also vary from time to time to reflect seasonal and market changes, however once we have accepted your order, we will not change any prices that are reflected in your order. If price changes occur to your regular order, you will be notified of this price change and offered the opportunity to accept or reject this change before the order is accepted and delivered. We reserve the right to vary prices at any time without notice.

We will not charge you for a product if the product you have ordered is not available and we have not provided you with a substitute product. We have the right to provide you with a substitute product of equal price and quality.

All listed prices for products include GST if applicable.

All transactions are processed in Australian dollars (AUD).

You must pay all fees and charges using the online payment methods available. Payment methods accepted include Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners only. You authorise us to debit the amount that is payable on your account via your nominated credit card. All charges to your account will be made the day prior to recieving your delivery.  A tax invoice will be made available to you via the online system at the time that we have charged your account. You can view your account details including tax invoice when logged on as a customer.

If for any reason we are unable to charge your credit card with the full amount owed to you or you otherwise fail to make payment for products when due, you agree that we may pursue all available options in order to obtain payment from you including any penalty or additional charge incurred by us as a result of such inability to charge the credit card. You agree that your account may be immediately suspended or cancelled should payment fail.

All failed credits will incur a $5.00 administration fee.

It is your responsibility to ensure your credit card information details are current including account numbers and the expiration date.

You are responsible for any person that uses your account including your username name and password.

You acknowledge that at times pictures of products viewed on the Website may vary from the actually goods supplied to you.

You must not use the Website for any activities that breach any laws, infringe a third party's right or any relevant standards or codes.

You must not use the website to transmit any material which interferes with other users or customers or defames, harasses, threatens or offends any person.

You must not use another persons details without their permission or impersonate another person when on this site.

You must not knowingly transmit any viruses, defects or similar disabling code to our Website.

You must not use the Website or service other than in accordance with the terms and conditions.

We may at our discretion modify this agreement or any terms and conditions. Any modifications will be made available on line and posted on our Website.

You acknowledge and agree to our privacy policy.

You acknowledge that as a customer we may contact you via email, phone or any other form to advise you of any changes or updates to your accounts, service or submit marketing/promotional material to you.

All information, graphics and material on this Website is owned by us. You must not use the content in any manner or for any purpose that is unlawful. You must not edit , modify, copy, reproduce or transmit content of this Website.

We may terminate this agreement and your access to our Website at any time, however you will be provided with notice if this was to occur.

You may terminate this agreement and your account at any time by sending written formal notification to us by post to Farm Fresh Grocer Australia, Unit 6, Number 2 Peel St, HOLROYD NSW 2142. Your account will be suspended accordingly upon receipt of this notification. You remain liable for any outstanding accounts incurred up until this time.
